Crispy pan-fried ramen with scrambled eggs and a soy sauce glaze

Instructions

Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain well.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add drained noodles and press into a flat layer. Cook 2 minutes without stirring to get crispy.

Crack eggs directly into the pan around the noodles and scramble together.

Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle garlic powder and pepper.
