Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Push garlic to the side, crack in eggs, and scramble.

Add cold cooked rice and break up any clumps.

Stir fry everything together for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce, toss well, garnish with green onion and serve.
