Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.

Add diced onion and cook 4 minutes.

Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, and caraway seeds. Cook 1 minute.

Add chopped cabbage and stir. Cook 5-7 minutes until cabbage softens.
