Instructions

Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain fat.

Add diced onion and cook 4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in taco seasoning and tomato paste. Cook 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and beef broth.
